Ihre Aufgaben
- Advising employees and managers on all HR-related issues
- Establishment of a state-of-the-art recruitment process and its implementation
- Support in the implementation of a new HR management software
- HR marketing and employer branding
- Support in the entire HR life cycle
- Further development of HR processes and concepts
- KPI/HR reporting and analysis
Ihr Profil
- As an HR Manager (m/f/d), our client in Cologne would like You to have completed an HR relevant apprenticeship as an office administrator (m/f/d), further training as a certified personnel officer (m/f/d) or personnel specialist (m/f/d), or a completed degree with a focus on Human Resources
- Relevant professional experience in the field of HR, preferably in an international environment
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of interview processes as well as interview and communication techniques
- Strong communication and consulting skills in a multicultural environment, coupled with an open, winning manner and diplomatic skills
